Soya Chunks are an easy and versatile way to add some plant-based protein to your meals. Similar to preparing TVP, simply soak them in hot water with your desired spices. I like to add some vegan Worcestershire sauce and tamari along with some hot sauce. If you’re adding soya chunks to a sauce, soup or stew, there is no need to soak them beforehand, they will absorb whatever flavor you’re adding them to.
What I love about soya chunks is that with their long shelf-life, you can store them in your pantry for months and always have them available.
